Online Appointment System of the Embassy 
of The Kingdom of The Netherlands in Dublin, Ireland 

Before submitting documents to the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, you should book a date and time for your visit online. 

To make your visa or travel document appointment online, please follow the next procedure:

• Click the word Calendar on the bottom of this page.
• Click the preferred month.
• Click the preferred day and time.
• Fill out the registration form and click "submit".
• Within minutes you will receive an e-mail with a link to confirm your appointment. Click this link within 6 hours, otherwise the appointment will be cancelled.

Please note for DUTCH PASSPORT applications:

• Check the requirements for passport photos on www.paspoortinformatie.nl
• If the passport photo does not meet the requirements as mentioned on this website, the passport application cannot be accepted.
• Each applicant needs to book a separate appointment slot (e.g. family of 4 equals 4 slots).
• If your passport is expired or will be expired in less than three months, please enter a fictitious future date in the corresponding fields.

Please note for VISA applications:

• You can make only one appointment for the same trip.
• Each applicant needs to book a separate appointment slot (e.g. family of 4 equals 4 slots).
• You can make appointments for a maximum of three months in advance.
• The validity of your passport must exceed three months after the end of your planned trip.
• Please make sure you bring photocopies of all the requirements as mentioned on our website (including the relevant passport pages).

 To change or cancel an appointment, please do the following:

• Send an e-mail to dub-info@minbuza.nl in which you mention your name, contact details, country of destination, date and time of the appointment.
• After receiving a reply that your appointment was cancelled, you can make a new one.
